A Mills & Sons was established in June 2004 as a result of several personal renovations projects, I discovered that there was a lack of skilled decorators and general persons who could turn there hand to everything to provide an all round service of high quality workmanship.
Now it is a thriving family business with over 30 years experience we can accommodate most people's needs from decoration of a small bedroom to an entire house inside and out. To business premises or complete refurbishments for investment. Nothing is to much trouble from jobs that cost a few hundred pound to thousands of pounds every job is given the same high standards.
We pride ourselselves on good, honest work and exceptional customer service. So much so that we work to a strict code of ethics:
- Be honest and always give realistic prices, with a receipt for all work undertaken.
- Keep appointments and always call if we are going to be late.
- Always be polite and courteous, and treat the customer with respect - we are guests in their home or property.
- If we are not able to carry out any work we will give honest reasons and usually recommend other tradesmen that we trust to help.
- We will never ask for payment until all work is complete and the customer is happy with the results. We never charge any hidden extras.
We are also members of a consumer protection company called Checkatrade where we are vetted, monitored and recommended.
